About this medicine
Follow the component-specific schedule supplied with the kit. Take the ibandronic acid tablet once monthly after an overnight fast with 180 to 240 ml of plain water, remain upright for at least 60 minutes, and take calcium, vitamin D and zinc only at the separately directed time. Do not take mineral supplements within 60 minutes of ibandronic acid.
