RxnCure is an initiative of Vitmeds India Private Limited, focused on creating a modern, yet responsible, digital healthcare platform for Indian patients, families and healthcare providers.
Our goal is to make access to medicines, lab tests and medical guidance simpler and more transparent, while respecting the regulatory and ethical responsibilities that come with working in healthcare.

Leadership & Governance
RxnCure is led by the founding team at Vitmeds India Private Limited, with a focus on long-term, sustainable and compliant growth of the healthcare ecosystem we are building.
A dedicated Founders & Leadership page with detailed profiles, responsibilities and governance structure will be published as we move closer to public launch.
We are also working towards establishing a Medical Advisory Board to guide medical content, clinical workflows and quality standards. Details will be published transparently once formalised.
Regulatory & Compliance Approach
Healthcare is a regulated and sensitive domain. Our approach is to design RxnCure in alignment with applicable Indian laws and guidelines, including but not limited to:
- Drugs and Cosmetics Act & relevant rules (as applicable to our partners).
- Data protection and privacy best practices for handling health information.
- Taxation, invoicing and GST compliance as a digital platform.
