These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the pre-launch Website of RxnCure, a digital healthcare platform by Vitmeds India Private Limited (“Vitmeds”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website, submitting your details, or interacting with our pre-launch campaigns, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Nature of the Platform

RxnCure is envisaged as a multi-vendor digital healthcare platform that will connect users with independent third-party pharmacies, diagnostic labs, doctors, ambulance providers, and other partners (“Partners”). Vitmeds will primarily act as a technology platform and facilitator. Medical advice, pharmacy services, diagnostic testing, and emergency services will be provided by the respective Partners, who are responsible for their professional obligations and compliance with applicable laws.

The current Website is a pre-launch informational site and does not yet provide full transactional features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use this Website. If you are using the Website on behalf of an organisation (such as a pharmacy or lab), you represent that you are authorised to do so.

4. Accounts & Information

At this pre-launch stage, you may share your contact details (for example, joining the email waitlist or submitting partnership enquiries). You agree that:

• All information you submit is true, accurate, and complete.
• You will promptly inform us if any information you have provided becomes inaccurate or outdated.
• You will not misuse any forms or communication channels for spam, abuse, or unlawful purposes.

5. Future Services (Indicative)

After launch, RxnCure may offer services including but not limited to: online pharmacy ordering, teleconsultation, diagnostic bookings, emergency services, homecare, and partner dashboards. Detailed product-specific terms, cancellation and refund policies, and service conditions will be published closer to launch and will govern those services.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any planned service at our sole discretion.

Once live, all pharmacy, diagnostic, and clinical services offered through the platform will be required to comply with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Act, Clinical Establishments Act (where applicable), and telemedicine guidelines.

You agree that you will:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with prescriptions, if required.
• Not attempt to obtain or use any medicines or services that are prohibited, controlled, or otherwise restricted under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Vitmeds and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. “RxnCure”, “RxnDoc”, “RxnGo”, the associated logos, and other brand elements are trademarks or service marks of Vitmeds India Private Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Website, servers, or systems.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Website shall not exceed INR 1,000 (One Thousand Rupees) or the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vitmeds, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
